I.            Announcements

Chrissy Chapin will be SIP Facilitator

Pam Martinez will be SIP Secretary

Possible parents on SIP committee

Standard SIP Meetings will be held every other Monday at 2:30 in room 210
SIP meetings will last 30-45 minutes

Farrah Alexander and Rachel Leach will be working on updating the SIP document on October 1, 2007.  Mrs. Alexander will have a sub all day.  Mrs. Leach will be available in the morning and won’t have a sub in the afternoon. Mrs. Chapin will be available intermittently to help with the document.

II.          Discussion

It is important for everyone on the SIP committee to be familiar with the document.
Everyone on the SIP committee should know the document well enough o present it to their team.

SIP committee would like to see the SIP Plan used so all staff and SIP members understand and use the document.

WNRTP Grant for $10,000 is a professional development grant. Listed below are some uses for the WNRTP Mini Grant

Will be used for subs for 4 teachers each month to do peer observations in our area.

The Grant will also pay for the Mrs. Bowman and Mrs. Edmonson to attend the Bully Conference on 10/5/2007 and 10/6/2007. 

The WNRTP grant will also pay for the subs used for the WNRTP Constructive Response training and the Bill Hanlin math Workshop.
